Confusing multi-universe plot.

Anime with simplistic colors and oblique camera angles, i.e. the usual Shaft production quality. The art style is fine for everyone already accustomed to Shaft, and the voices were great. The story though, it was quite confusing and convoluted, but not in a way that really held my attention. It only gets slightly better as the series progresses, and took a fair bit of patience to swallow. Overall, I don't feel like I would have missed much if I didn't watch this series.
