Azumanga.

It's unfortunate that this anime came out after Azumanga Daioh, even though the manga predates Azumanga Daioh manga. Just about everything have already been done better with Azumanga, except there it's a chibi student whereas here it's a chibi teacher. It's not a bad series, just that it came out two years too late.
