Cute characters, beautiful backgrounds, mysterious world.

Very cute characters... it's kinda what you typically expect from mahou shoujo series, except this is a mahou shonen series (if there is such a thing). Everyone comes with lovable personalities, and all are very well drawn. All this is set in a very nice environment, sometimes with animated CG backgrounds and vocal background music. It was very pleasing to watch ^_^

This series actually comes in two parts -- the beginning and end which is a complete scenario, and the episodes in between which comprises of several events that are somewhat continuous. Watching episodes 2-25 before watching episode 1 gives a different interpretation, that was very interesting ^_^ And I thought episode 25 was a better ending than episode 26...
