Ecchi in many parts and "happy" in some parts, although a lot of it makes the title "happy world" very ironic. The main guy starts with his house burned down, for example. I am told the OAV got cut off short, right before the story turns absolutely dark in the manga...

At least episode 1 was definitely fun enough to watch, the rest didn't quite reach the same height. The ending song was very good, I thought ^_^
