Cultural zoo.

Story of a Japanese girl in France. Actually there is very little story to speak of, most of it is just seeing a snapshot of idealized Japanese culture isolated in a foreign country. There is also a bit of French culture in this anime, but the emphasis feels to be more on the Japanese side. The whole 12 episodes of lighthearted cuteness is worth watching at least once. For a similar series with more depth, Gosick would have been a better choice.
