The earlier episodes had more focus on management, and the last few episodes had more focus on baseball. Even though the anime was somewhat shallow on both management and baseball, and the first 30 seconds of every episode gives away the ending, the anime was surprisingly fun to watch. The earlier episodes will strike a chord with everyone who holds a full time job with some leadership responsibilities, and the turn of events near the end was well arranged to make the latter episodes worth watching. Overall, a short series that's definitely worth watching once.
