All style, not much content.

This series stood out from other shows that were broadcasting at the same time with its retro-looking yet somehow charming animation style. But other than the art style, it's not clear what the creators intended to convey. The story is fragmented and the highlights are few. I don't feel like I would miss much if I didn't watch this series.
