Qwasers are these people who can manipulate elements, and this is a story of how the elemental qwasers fought against each other. Interesting concept, based on the manga of the same name. The anime followed the manga through volume 7 reasonably closely until up to the ending.

In practice, you will likely not notice any of the above because all the breastfeeding scenes were too distracting. While breast milk was an important source of energy in the manga, they were limited to few panels across a few pages, unlike the full screen animated nipple action that took up significant part of every episode of the anime. Unless you are really into full screen breast groping and sucking porn, this anime isn't worth watching at all.
