A better mahou shoujo.

Ultramaniac follows most conventions typically seen in mahou shoujo anime, i.e. transformation scenes, cute helpers, etc. But everything is done very well -- the characters are interesting and cute, the music is decent, and there is a central and coherent story. Hence it's a better mahou shoujo, and one worth watching ^_^
