An odd couple traveling through various "stories" in search for a librarian... it's not quite this, but then the story is not quite that important either. This is one of those series where all the pieces are enjoyable if you don't worry too much about where things are going, although if you do watch it all the way to the end, things do come together. Especially since the emphasis appears to be on storytelling (but not as blatant as Princess Tutu), the individual episodes are very much worth watching over and over. That said, because of some unconventional themes and the non-linearity, this series may not be for everyone.
