My camera remote release cord died this weekend, it got bent out of shape when I was taking a picture of Reimu, that was rather unfortunate.
I first got this cable in December of 2014, and it was first used to take a picture of Yoshino. Five years later in the exact same park, this cable met its demise. My shutter count increased by more than 50K during these 5 years and majority of those shots involved this cable, so it had a very good run. The price is dirt cheap as far as camera accessories go, and it is worth every cent.
It will not be missed because I immediately bought another one just like it.
