Legion is my favorite boss from Symphony of the Night.
Two things that makes this particular boss unique: it attacks by dropping bodies on you, and when you hit it, it drops even more bodies. The second part is a real pleasure, I kept a save point just before Legion so that I can go back and slash at it once in a while and watch the glob of bodies crumble.
Maybe what I really wanted to play is a shooting game.
