"Seishun Butayarou wa Nightingale no Yume wo Minai" (rascal does not dream of nightingale) by Kamoshida Hajime. This is volume 11 in the series, continuing Sakuta's university life and finishing loose ends in his high school life.
The last 1/3 of this volume was pretty good, which is to say that the first 2/3 was not all that exciting. There were a few unusual events, which were based on a fairly subtle trick that was revealed in the final 1/3. It took a bit of patience to get through.
While it might seem like this volume is further confirmation that volume 9 is a good place to stop, it has at least one redeeming feature in attempting to reconcile Sakuta's troubled high school history, and did so with a mix of dreams and slightly supernatural elements that are a trademark for this series. This part made the final 1/3 worth reading. It was not a particular closure that I was looking for, but I did enjoy reading it.
Another great feature is the nurse girl on the cover, if you are the kind of person who also appreciated the bunny girl from volume 1. But I can't say this was a great novel if its best features did not require reading most of the pages between the covers.
