Story of multiple ordinary and extraordinary characters linked together by a common place. More so than many other series that were broadcasting at the same time, this series had well-planned plots that were interwoven together, and the turn of events are likely to surprise everyone. The strong story alone makes this series worth watching, and the consistent animation quality makes it worth watching again.

Based on the novel of the same name. That said, there are many new elements in the anime, so both anime and novel are enjoyable in different ways.
