Gothic lolita just like Rozen Maiden, but Rozen Maiden is much more pleasant to watch.

This is actually the condensed version of a 3 episode OAV (which I haven't seen), but the 1.5 hour length is probably more digestible than however long the original episodes are. This is mostly due to SHAFT's over stylistic bits. I got to see this by accident, but had I known that SHAFT made this anime, I probably wouldn't have bothered due to earlier disappointments.
