ZS50 disassembly

I spent a bit of time today trying to disassemble my "cat" camera.

This is a Panasonic DMC-ZS50, and it has this insane 30x zoom that is great for acquiring pictures of cats. It's also great for trapping lots of dust in the lens, which is quite unfortunate if I wanted to capture something other than cats. The dusts aren't so visible at maximum zoom, but they are noticeable when shooting wide against bright lights. So cats are fine, but landscapes aren't so fine.

I gave up after removing 11 screws, because I didn't have the right screwdriver for the next 3 screws, and there is this precarious ribbon cable that I didn't want to deal with. I might try again this some other time, but for now, I am sure the camera can settle for a life dedicated to pictures of cats.
